Shipping Policy

We understand that you will be anxious to receive our product upon ordering. Therefore we only use express courier services. Our main carrier, DPEX, ships to any physical address (No PO Box) from our china office, whether it is to be delivered to a home or business. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to us, and a second alerting you when your package is on its way and it's tracking number.

We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us or your package is lost, Discoverasiasecret.com is not responsible.

If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped.

However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make address corrections to your package. PLEASE TAKE CARE TO INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Shipping Contract & Tracking

All items purchased from Discoverasiasecret.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (you and Discoverasiasecret.com) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered.

If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If the tracking information shows that it was delivered, then it was delivered. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct.

Undeliverable or Lost Orders (Due to customer error)

In the unfortunate event, a pakcage has been returned due to incorrect address given by the customer. We could redeliver the order subjected to additional shipping charges.

For customers who elect to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Discoverasiasecret.com is not responsible for any lost packages, which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

International Shipping Restrictions

Please note that different countries have their own customs and import policies. It is the responsibility of our customers’ responsibility to check their country's policies. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.

Discoverasiasecret.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Discoverasiasecret.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.

Discoverasiasecret.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

If the local Customs in your country returns your order to us due to the infringement of policies, we will issue a refund, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Orders placed will be ship within 24 hours from our China office (excluding Saturday & Sundays)

Estimated delivery time is based on the assumption that if there are no problems with your local customs office.

Refund Policy

Discoverasiasecret.com strives to provide the very best products and customer service. There is nothing more important to us than satisfying our customers. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, we will get another one out to you right away, no questions asked.

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, you may return it for a prompt refund, exchange or credit within 30 days (shipping & handling fees are not refundable).

For an opened product, a modest 15% handling charge along with shipping charges will be deducted from refunds only.

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.

Products must be shipped back to discoverasiasecret.com at the customers' expense. All products must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
